STEPHEN PANETTA - Director of Coaching
Steve is a seasoned professional in the field of
goalkeeping coaching, with a rich history of playing experience that he has channeled into mentoring goalkeepers of all ages and abilities.
As the director of coaching, Steve leverages his extensive knowledge of Football Federation Australia (FFA) and Union of European of Football Association (UEFA) coaching principles to guide his trainees towards excellence.
His coaching qualifications are comprehensive, including a goalkeeping diploma and licence, Level 1 goalkeeping and a progression
through the FFA's skill training and junior to senior licences, culminating in the prestigious C and B licences.
Steve's approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the game and his ability to connect with players ensures that they not only develop their technical skills but also grow in confidence and game intelligence under his guidance.
ROCCO LIBERTI – Goalkeeper Coach
Under the watchful eye of Stephen Panetta, as well as multiple years of working closely together, Rocco has developed as one of the best goalkeeper coaches around.
As the head goalkeeper for Premier League side Perth SC, as well as training with A league side - Perth Glory and featuring in 2023 WA Men's State Team, Rocco has an abundance of playing experience and knowledge, not only in goalkeeping but football as a whole.
Backed up by his accreditation in the FFA Foundations of Goalkeeping certificate, Rocco is able to relay his skills and knowledge through detailed training sessions to correct and fine tune technical aspects whilst also upholding the core values of Reflex Goalkeeping Academy, not only on the pitch but off the pitch in his everyday life. He is a true role model and inspiration to our young junior and senior keepers.

Madison is the newest addition to the Reflex family. As the first team goalkeeper for Division One side, Hamersley Rover's SC, Madison brings a world of experience, knowledge and success. The latest achievement winning the Womens League Division One Champions the last two years in a row.
Holding a FFA Foundation of Goalkeeping certificate, Madison will lead our women's into next generation of future Matilda's.
