Personal ‘Two-on-One’ Training

Reflex Goalkeeping Academy or any of its coaching staff accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, loss or damage to the participant during our training programs. Parent (s)/ Guardian(s) or Participants understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with these activities provided by Reflex Goalkeeping Academy and participate at their own risk and shall indemnify Reflex Goalkeeping Academy and its staff against all actions, suits proceedings, demands, costs and expenses which may be taken or made against Reflex Goalkeeping Academy. In the case of an emergency, I authorise Reflex Goalkeeping staff where it is impracticable to communicate with me, to arrange for the participant to receive such medical or surgical treatment as may be deemed necessary. I also undertake to pay or reimburse costs which may be incurred for medical attention, ambulance transport and drugs. Reflex Goalkeeping Academy accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal property whilst attending any of our training programs. If the registered player is unable to attend the scheduled session, the academy will try and accommodate wherever possible, but does not guarantee a makeup session. On occasion, Reflex Goalkeeping Academy will take photographs and video footage of participants during coaching sessions. You acknowledge that Reflex Goalkeeping Academy reserves the right to use such photographs and video footage to use in publications, promotional material, website and social media in order to promote the academy.
